Intel D865PERL Iflash BIOS Update RL86510A.86A.0069.P12.
  • Use the DOS based Iflash utility to update your BIOS on all operating systems. Save the file to a temporary directory and double-click the *.EXE to extract necessary files, then double-click the RUN.BAT file. Boot the target PC with the floppy disk in the floppy drive to automatically launch the BIOS update process.
  • CAUTION: DO NOT POWER DOWN YOUR SYSTEM before the update is complete. This update will take up to 3 minutes. There will be no video and you will hear a series of beeps during the update. Do NOT interrupt the BIOS update process; doing so could render your system NON-functional!
  • NOTE: Before updating the BIOS on the Intel? Desktop Board, manually record all BIOS settings that have been changed (from default) so they can be restored after completing the BIOS update.
